Nurtured with patience in my home kitchen garden, this 10-gram packet of dehydrated sourdough starter is made from organic bread flour and reverse osmosis–filtered well water — no additives, no shortcuts, just time and care. Each flake carries the quiet strength of a living culture, wild yeast and friendly bacteria working in harmony as they’ve done for generations.

Whether you're just beginning your sourdough journey or are a seasoned home baker, this starter is ready to be brought back to life and baked into loaves with tang, depth, and character. One packet can yield a thriving, long-lasting starter — a true companion in the art of slow fermentation.

Included are detailed revival instructions to guide you every step of the way. Whether gifted or kept for your own kitchen rituals, this small but mighty packet brings the warmth and rhythm of traditional baking into your home.

Step 3

The next day, add 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of organic bread flour — I like to use King Arthur Organic Unbleached Bread Flour, but you can use any comparable brand.
